Common questions

AI Email CRM FAQ

Can I connect more than one email account?

Yes. AI Email CRM supports organizing multiple sender accounts. Connect and test one account first, then add more and group them by company, client, country, or purpose.

Do I need IMAP?

Use IMAP or a direct provider connection when you want incoming replies in the unified inbox. SMTP-only can be suitable for sending, but replies normally stay outside the CRM.

Why is my campaign waiting?

Check the scheduled sending window, time zone, sender daily limit, temporary provider cooldown, sender health, and whether another campaign is using the same sender group.

What should I do with invalid or risky emails?

Do not send to invalid addresses. Review risky or unknown results carefully and use a reliable source before deciding whether they are appropriate to contact.

Can AI send replies without review?

AI can help draft messages, but a person should review facts, tone, promises, links, and the conversation before a reply is sent.

Does warmup guarantee inbox delivery?

No. Warmup and gradual sending can support mailbox health, but inbox placement also depends on provider rules, domain authentication, sender reputation, list quality, message content, and recipient behavior.

Can the CRM guarantee meetings or sales?

No. The CRM helps organize outreach, follow-up, and reporting. Results depend on the audience, offer, message, timing, sender health, and human follow-up.

Where do I get account-specific help?

Use the Waconzy support page and include your account email, campaign or workspace name, screenshot, approximate time, and exact error. Never include passwords or private keys.

Still need help with your account?

Share the exact error and a screenshot, but never send passwords or private keys.
