Support first, fair resolution

If something goes wrong, please contact support first. We try to fix problems quickly and only issue refunds for approved cases under the Refund Policy.

1. Agreement to these terms

By visiting Waconzy.com, creating an account, purchasing a product, using our software, requesting manual service, or contacting our WhatsApp Shop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase from Waconzy.

2. What Waconzy provides

Waconzy offers software, sender tools, B2B leads, SMTP/webmail access options, RDP/VPS options, accounts, SMS verification support, website design, custom software, hosting, support, and related marketplace services. Some products are delivered automatically inside your Waconzy account, while others require manual review, setup, preparation, or support work.

3. Buying and account delivery

Choose the product, plan, package, tier, or volume you want, pay by card, crypto, or approved manual guidance, then create or sign in using the same email used for payment. Product details, access instructions, order updates, or delivery instructions are placed inside your Waconzy account. If anything is delayed, open a support ticket or message WhatsApp support.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing the correct product option, entering accurate email and contact information, following setup instructions, and using every product lawfully and responsibly. You may not use Waconzy products for fraud, harassment, illegal access, unlawful messaging, abuse, or activity that violates third-party platform rules or applicable laws.

5. Payments, discounts, and manual orders

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Website checkout may support card or crypto. Manual WhatsApp Shop orders may require extra verification or instructions. Discount codes only apply when entered before checkout and only if accepted by the checkout system. We may update prices, packages, availability, and promotions at any time.

6. Refund approach

We care about fair outcomes and will always try to help first. Because many Waconzy services involve manual labor, digital access, custom setup, data preparation, or support time, refunds are reviewed case by case. 7. No guaranteed outcomes

Waconzy products can help with outreach, software workflows, leads, sender setup, campaign organization, custom web systems, and business operations, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, inbox placement, account approvals, campaign results, rankings, platform outcomes, legal outcomes, or third-party responses.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Waconzy, its owners, workers, contractors, partners, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, court-related, legal, business, revenue, data, reputation, platform, or damage claims connected to your use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any approved claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific affected order.

9. Disputes and support first

Before starting any dispute, chargeback, lawsuit, court case, arbitration, or public complaint, you agree to contact Waconzy support first and give us a reasonable chance to review and fix the problem. We aim to resolve issues calmly, professionally, and fairly.

10. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms as products, services, checkout options, or laws change. The latest version posted on this page controls your continued use of Waconzy.com.
